Your staff, and in particular, your Care Coordinator, with whom I had the most contact, were always there to respond to emergencies, fill shifts unexpectedly, make adjustments when required, and, in short, to take care of our needs with sensitivity. If there were problems, I always felt that she would respond appropriately to them, and there were many instances when, in fact, she anticipated issues and dealt with them even before I knew of them.
The security of knowing that we could count on consistent and reliable coverage for my mom has made the last two years bearable and my sister and I thank you again for your good work. You provided invaluable assistance to us.
