I am not usually a letter writer, but on occasion something will move me to do so. I feel compelled to express my extreme satisfaction with the efforts put forth by our caregiver. She has a terrific personality, very commendable work ethics and instills trust and self-confidence in the people around her.
While she was caring for my elderly parents, she demonstrated that she has the knowledge and patience to allow them the space to do as much as possible before stepping in to assist them. This allowed my parents to maintain their self-esteem and self worth. My mother does not take to strangers well, but in a matter of days, she was boasting about what a good cook our caregiver was, and how well she did this and how well she did that. It was then that I knew the right choice had been made.
I could go on and on for hours about how wonderful the past few months have been, but I won't. I will simply say that your caregiver has been wonderful for our entire family, and if I could, I'd keep her around forever…
