AWARD”,

ETHICS SCHOLARSHIP
AT 77TH ANNUAL MEETING
On October
20, 2005, at the Better Business Bureau’s 77th Annual
Meeting and Awards Banquet, eleven employees of BBB member firms were
bestowed the “BBB Customer Service Excellence Award.” This award recognizes
front line employees who provide quality service to customers, enhance the
positive reputation and public image of their firm, take pride in their work
and are committed to the success of their employer’s firm. This year’s
winners included:
Myrtle Howell and Olga Ayala of Companions & Homemakers; Ruthann Winkler
Cap of DPC Quality Pump Service; Diane Ambeau of Adoption Resource Center of
Connecticut; Paul Murphy of Swedish Motor Works; Carmen Collazo of IC-Mart,
Debra Ann Cianciullo of Stephen C. Gidley, Inc.; Jeffrey Nelson, Jason Wood,
and Samuel Bullock of Basement Systems, Inc; and Martha Travis of Church
Hill Classics.
